Expectations for Keyholders

Keyholder Responsibilities and Expectations

Stewardship: Regular maintenance and cleanup of the space. Also holding members responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

Contribution: Donate at the Keyholder level. Be available to provide space services.

Cooperation: Work well with others. Set the example.

Judgement: Be smart and be responsible. Handle things appropriately. Don’t fly off the handle.

Respect: Know and follow the rules. Be respectful to others. Don’t disrupt events. No “pulling rank”.

Integrity: Be trustworthy.

Accountability: Keyholders are accountable to the space in general. Take pride in the space. Take the initiative to ensure proper care of the area.
