This is a list of things to check before the last keyholder leaves the space.


  • Occupancy sensor override is disabled. It is currently located on the side of the gray cabinet.
  • Sound gear is off. (Turn amp off, then board)
  • TVs, and tv amp is off
  • LED sign is off, switch is currently hanging off the gray cabinet.
  • Heat/AC is off. (if winter, heat set low)
  • Propane Heater is brought inside.
  • Garage door is latched.
  • Back door is locked.
  • Anything random that doesn't have to be on, should be shut off to conserve power.
  • Lights are off.
  • Front door is locked.
